Caramel Kettle Pops
ïƒ˜ 1 – 8 oz. Bag Kettle Pops
ïƒ˜ 1 Â½ Cup Brown Sugar
ïƒ˜ 7 Tbs. Butter (no substitute)
ïƒ˜ 1/3 Cup White Corn Syrup
ïƒ˜ Â½ Teaspoon Salt
ïƒ˜ 1 tsp. Baking Soda
ïƒ˜ 2 Large greased mixing bowls
ïƒ˜ 2 Greased 9×13 aluminum baking pans
ïƒ˜ Wax paper
Step 1: Divide 8 oz. Kettle Pops and place in 2 greased mixing bowls
Step 2: Mix sugar, butter, syrup and salt in a sauce pan; Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes â€“ stirring constantly. Remove from heat and immediately stir in baking soda.
Step 3: Pour caramel mixture over the Kettle Pops, covering each pop; Place caramelized Kettle Pops in greased pan and bake 1 hour at 200ï‚° F. Stir every 15 minutes.
Step 4: Remove from oven and immediately spread Kettle Pops onto waxed paper separating each Kettle Pop. When cool, store in plastic bags.
